$34,000,000 Inn at Bellefield, Hyde Park, NY: Complete ground up construction of new five-story 106,000-square-foot, 137 room extended stay hotel. The scope included all site work within the hotel pad, parking lots, storm drainage, site lighting, landscaping, EV charging stations and site utilities.

$32,000,000 The Metro, Kingston, NY: A 75,000-square-foot revitalization to a century-old manufacturing warehouse to provide supportive spaces for the community. The facility includes a 15,000-square-foot fabrication center with 3D printing, tools for woodwork, metal work and textiles; offices; multipurpose rooms and community gathering and assembly spaces; and a training and catering kitchen and cafe`. The project features sustainable building practices including 32 geothermal wells for heating and cooling, a 400kQ solar rooftop, a hydronic snow melt system, a rainwater harvesting system and a fully integrated building management system.


Serves as a key liaison in the field between design, engineering, project controls and the trades, with a clear focus on collaboration, details and structure.
