• Led four public policy research projects, providing recommendations to inform policy development and implementation processes
• Produced six peer-reviewed publications addressing early childhood development, alcohol-related harms and COVID-19 responses, contributing evidence to improve program delivery
• Conducted research on child sexual violence as part of a six-country collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, producing evidence to inform child protection policy in South Africa
• Delivered eight public health conference presentations to disseminate study findings to support stakeholder learning, evidence uptake, and policy discussions
• Coordinated engagement with policymakers, subject matter experts, and civil society stakeholders across national and subnational levels to support dissemination and uptake of findings

• Developed educational materials and delivered undergraduate courses to over 100 students, alongside postgraduate programs in pharmaceutical policy, medicine supply management, and behavioral health theory.
• Managed coordination of final-year modules for over 100 students, ensuring effective curriculum planning, assessment design, and teaching delivery.
• Facilitated interactive learning experiences to enhance collaboration among students in various health disciplines, both in-person and online.

• Advanced the implementation of the Central Chronic Medicines Dispensing and Distribution program across 56 facilities, building relationships with stakeholders to prevent shortage of chronic prescription drugs
• Managed logistics and supply chain operations for high-risk scheduled medicines and drug-resistant TB medication, optimizing distribution across 56 healthcare facilities.
• Developed and implemented an electronic tracking system aimed at strengthening regulatory compliance and improving monitoring processes.
• Coordinated COVID-19 vaccination efforts within the sub-district, ensuring effective cold chain management and accurate reporting on national tracking systems.
