Summary

As a mother, and manager, the need for people to be valued is important. Running a branch of sometimes over 10 associates, and running a home of two children, making them feel valued, changed the trajectory of the branch and of the home. A mother of two girls who went to Steadley Elementary; it was an honor to walk them into class each morning - from August of 2016 to March 2020. The thing that stood out most was the need of the students to be seen, heard, and encouraged. It was also an honor to give them that encouragement, daily. The hope was to offer them positive reinforcement that would help them excel in their day. It would be the hope as a bus driver to offer the same.


Additionally, I am an extremely cautious driver and have a spotless record.
