

I'm a medical professional/Tissue Recovery Specialist with New England Donor Services, adept at enhancing tissue recovery/preservation standards and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Proven ability to implement quality control measures and foster teamwork, resulting in improved operational efficiency and donor eligibility. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills drive successful outcomes in high-pressure environments. Also, I’m multilingual, speaking proficiently 4 languages and read and write 3/4 languages. Early in my young adult life I dedicated 2yrs in service to underprivileged latin communities both in a religious and educational purposes via my once religious organization affiliations. While in my youth I was a volunteer YMCA CAMP COUNSELOR, a lifeguard as well as a proud Eagle Scout.
My objective is to receive an interview and hopeful employment in the Organ Department at NEDS specifically in the perfusionist capacity, I am currently seeking this technical role with NEDS due to the intriguing appeal of this new position and the role it plays within the complexities of organ recovery and transplantation. My desire for personal growth and expanding my knowledge and skills within the OPO/MEDICAL FEILD is what also drives me to pursue such a position. Also I'm a true believer in the mission of our organizations endeavor "To save and heal lives through organ and tissue donation." Lastly I feel that with my now over 3yrs of tissue recovery expertise coupled with my extensive emergency room tech background and advanced emergency training in critical care and emergent situations qualiffies me to be a good candidate to learning the nuances of this position along with the technical intricacies that may come with operating the medical devices required in the perfusion of the organs involved in recovery.
