Served till Wing Commander in Education Branch of Pakistan Air Force, an inspiring educational leader and seasoned Principal with 25.7 years' of recognised accomplishments and attaining targets in programme quality, student achievement, parents, employee and community satisfaction while leading Degree College, Educational Wings, School and College Progress Departments etc. Record of all round institutional developments : infrastructure, funds, faculties, programmes and curricula, libraries, laboratories, affiliations and accreditations, Policies and publications, research, partnerships and collaborations, Committees and Boards of studies- to name a few.

Believes in safe and conducive learning environments, faculty enrichment, and holistic learning experiences. School growth is synonymous with student growth and vice versa. Core Values include Diversity, Compassion, Respect, Inquiry, Hardwork and Professionalism.

Job Objective. Any further work will be taken to fulfill my passionate desire to institute transformational education- lessons of a life time exposure to the education field (afforded to me by an illustrious career in PAF); lessons from theory and practice , of what works best and what malaise beset our educational systems globally. To give the world strong, and empowered- positive and innovative critical thinkers with no student left behind: where all students are prepared for lifelong learning and self efficacy.
