Retail manager:

• Supervise, train and assist employees
• Develop and maintain work schedule for employees.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.

Retail Associate:

• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
• Answers customer's questions about merchandise.
• Assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Working with cash registers and processing payments.
• Setting and attaining sales goals.
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing.

Control system (tracking system Administrator ):

• Assigns teams for the daily schedule, including local branches in and of town.
• Provides teams with forms and any information (itineraries, maps, special instructions) necessary.
• Monitors GPS system on buses, including paperless logs for drivers, and monitoring compliance.
• Coordinates with other departments on availability and upcoming for future work.
• Schedules and informs teams of upcoming events.
• Responsible for report writing; keeping all concerned updated of daily activities.

Monitoring System(CCTV administrator):

• Responsible for ensuring all cameras are operational, serviced and able to undertake all functions.
• Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot systems utilizing local and remote tools and technologies, and perform/schedule repairs as necessary.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance and equipment inspection program to ensure optimal system operation and performance.
• Provide system user training and technical support.
• Maintain inventory of critical need spare equipment and parts.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and suppliers of parts and services.
