• Start up company where I worked collaboratively with the CTO to design develop and fabricate prototype systems from concepts. Successfully designed and built several systems from cryogenics, sputtering and HT superconducting nanocomposite production. These systems range from TRL 1-9. Co-inventor of a 3D powder printer which is capable of depositing multi-material powders in a precise maner. I was responsible for the engineering, design and fabrication. Some of these systems have been commercially sold. Managed and supervised all aspects of a prototype build shop. Awarded several patents related to 3D printing and powder flow systems.

Worked within Advanced Vehicle Integrations. Prototype builds from engineering design. Collaborated with engineers for design changes and retrofits. Fabricated complete vehicle harnesses, install and troubleshoot. Developed skills in sheet metal fabrication, welding and machining. Woodshop and vac forming. Surface plate, CMM and Crane operation. Worked several projects with GM Performance. Member of the Innovation team within AVI.

Operation Supervisor for the GM Executive Garage at GM Headquarters. Responsible for the repair and maintenance for a fleet of executive cars. Performed repairs and reported pre-release issues to appropriate departments.
