Ildiko Kumaran

With 25 years of experience as a Montessori teacher and 3 years in teacher coaching, advising, and pedagogical coordination, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of education. My approach is deeply rooted in the Montessori philosophy, emphasizing child-centered learning, fostering independence, and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.

Beyond my classroom experience, I have spent 3 years as an educational consultant, providing coaching and advisory services to fellow educators. I support teachers in refining their instructional strategies, enhancing classroom management, and integrating Montessori principles into their teaching. My consulting work also includes pedagogical coordination, where I help schools develop cohesive educational programs that align with their philosophy and goals.

Having organized International Day events and other educational activities, I am passionate about broadening children’s understanding of the world and empowering teachers to achieve this goal. I believe in the importance of cultural awareness and diversity in education, and I work to incorporate global perspectives into classrooms across different age groups in the schools I support.
