• Reconciled account information and reported figures in vendor general ledger
• Managed and responded to correspondence and inquiries from customers and vendors.

> DATA ENTRY

• Data entry deposits, Wires and ACH
• Data entry Invoices from all US vendors (Daily)
• Data entry Sales Invoices for vendors (Weekly)
• Data entry all expenses from credit card (Daily)
• Data entry expenses from our MX Company

>PAYMENTS

• Make checks from our vendors from all our companies (weekly)
• Prepare checks with deposit slip for personnel(daily)
• Make ACH payments and applied payment on system (weekly, biweekly, monthly)

>PURCHASES/INVENTORY

• Keep tracking inventory need it, and keep stock levels
• Prepare orders for owner authorization when need parts
• Make parts orders and track orders
• Receive order, stock and add to inventory
• Manage inventory control (IN/OUT) divided per area (daily)
• Sent parts request to our mx office, update inventory (daily)

>VENDOR

• Keep up to date all vendors with invoices and payments due dates

>GASOLINE

• Company were I work use for a few years card credit card gasoline, didn't work for us but I know how organize it
• Currently I handle cash for our employees gasoline and I provide weekly
