Hi, I am Ilona, and I am looking for a new project to get my hands on, and a community to join and become a part of something bigger. I learned to be exceptional in my current role by being highly organized, connected with cross-functional teams, focused on business needs and market trends. I am logical, proactive, process-starter, self-motivated, and I love motivating and encouraging people around me. I find a common language easily and my strength is in creating and simplifying processes, training people and increasing the revenue by finding a new creative solution. I know how to prioritize competing priorities to drive progress. I am most passionate about innovative technology that benefits humanity. I am always starving to be challenged and exposed to many projects at once. My higher manager stated I am very good at leading my projects to the success line and have it done before the deadline that I am a pleasant person to work with.
