SQL Project: Inventory Management System

Project Overview:
Develop an inventory management system for a small retail business to track products, suppliers, and orders.

Roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the database schema for the inventory management system, including tables for product,supplier, and orders.
• Define appropriate fields and relationships within the database schema to ensure data integrity and efficient querying.
• Write SQL queries to perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) on the database tables.
• Develop SQL queries to retrieve specific data such as product information, supplier details, and order history.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance by utilizing indexes and query optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate SQL queries into the application logic.
• Conduct unit testing of SQL queries to verify correctness and functionality.

This role focuses primarily on the database development aspect of the project, ensuring that the database schema is well-designed and the SQL queries are efficient and accurate for seamless integration with the application.
