Imani Kiss

Motivated and dependable professional with a strong background in lifesaving, athletics, customer service, and healthcare environments. As a former beach lifeguard, I gained hands-on experience performing water rescues, responding calmly in high-stress situations, and using CPR and AED lifesaving skills. I also worked as a ticket seller, where I was trusted with large amounts of money, maintained accurate paperwork, communicated beach regulations, and assisted visitors with professionalism and respect.

As a competitive swimmer for 14 years, including experience at the Division I level, I developed discipline, teamwork, resilience, and strong work ethic. I also completed approximately 30 volunteer hours at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey, where I assisted in various areas of the hospital, including supplying the Emergency Department and NICU with medical equipment. My familiarity with healthcare also extends into my personal life through family members who have worked as nurses and loved ones who have medical disabilities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, remain composed under pressure, and approach the needs of others with patience, respect, and compassion.
