Used Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor (ADDM) to reduce DB time by diagnosing key problems such as expensive SQL statements, I/O performance issues, locking and concurrency issues, excessive parsing, resource bottlenecks (memory and CPU bottlenecks), and recommended solutions.
• Cloned production databases as needed for testing using NetApp technology.

Enterprise Data warehouse Project

• Physical design and implementation of the warehouse on Oracle 11g, ASM with RAC clustered databases.
• Designed process flows, deployed and populated staging area objects; defined and populated the Enterprise data Warehouse.
• Maintained source and target mappings, transformation logic and processes to reflect the changing business environment over time.
• Extracted, loaded and transformed data into data marts.
• Set up of Application schema with the correct resource usage consumption, Password Management using database Profiles, roles and Resource Manager.

Enterprise Rebate System (eRebate) Project

• Installed, configured and patched Oracle 11g RAC databases as key technical leader for development, test, stress test, and production databases
• Monitored database for performance and optimization. Tuned database and application performance using statspack, ADDM findings, Explain Plan and Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control
