• Collect, interpret and analyze data from RepublicAsia’s web and social media platforms, to identify trends, patterns, and user behavior, a cohesive report (via google slides) presented on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, and occasionally for special projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content performance, audience engagement, and social media reach of RA.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize and enhance RA’s social media accounts and web including its content strategy, improve user experience, and drive audience growth.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand their content strategy, audience engagement tactics, and social media performance. Benchmark our performance against industry competitors in digital news media industry, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and product, to drive data-informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives in a digital media industry and social media analytics.
• Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different content formats, headlines, and social media strategies. This includes project-based paid contents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and social media analytics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
