Maryann Calderon

My career objective is to pursue my career in pediatrics, specializing in Pediatric Gastroenterology and OBGYN. As a future Pediatric Gastroenterologist, I will choose to make pediatric care the core of my medical practice, which provides extensive experience in caring for infants, children, and teens. As an OBGYN, I will specialize in women's reproductive health. Obstetricians care for women during their pregnancy. I plan to fulfill both occupations with strength, perseverance, and leadership. Although healthcare careers can be stressful because lives are often at stake, the profession is unquestionably rewarding. Healthcare professionals are desperately needed, and I want to use my education and training to better children's lives. At the end of the day, as a future healthcare physician, I made an impact. After receiving my bachelor's in Biology/Health Science from Frostburg State University, I look forward to furthering my career by attending Medical school.
