NATIONAL COUNTER TERRORISM CENTRE PABBI, MODERNIZATION (2015-17), Effectively supervised and oversaw the timely execution of an extensive expansion, modernization, and development initiative, resulting in a near twofold increase in the facility's capacity to accommodate approximately 1000 troops. Implemented enhanced training proficiency measures to cater to multinational trainees, culminating in the successful execution of numerous joint international exercises. Furthermore, the expansion and modernization efforts significantly bolstered the troops' battle readiness by a notable margin of 40%. COVID-19 MANAGEMENT , PMA KAKUL(2019-20), During COVID-19 when globally all Military Academies were closed. It was only Pakistan Military Academy Kakul which remained functional for all cadets and staff members; whose strength comes to around 12000 personnels. It was only possible through astute and deliberate planning, detailed working, revision of training modules, meticulously planned training schedules, utilization of open spaces etc that despite having COVID restriction orchestrated training in a way that training continued and pandemic did not spread in the Academy.
