SDSU Academic projects

  • AUGMENTED REALITY OVER WIRELESS NETWORKS, The research project is on AR applications running over cellular networks that can experience high end-to-end latencies due to many technical challenges that include high bandwidth demand and sophisticated data types. I researched on how to improve and optimize for better results. Among them are the optimized solutions like 5G, Wi-Fi 6 for the wireless bandwidth by dense base station deployments for high demand and applications. Also, how to leverage the mm Wave wireless backhauling to have high-data-rate access networks and to connect many devices.
  • HFDS (HEALTHY FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE), I worked as an independent candidate for the coursework as a full stack developer in developing the website using PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Data tables, and MySQL. Link on GitHub: https://github.com/isekar0315/HFDS.git
  • BER performance of the system using the Least mean square Adaptive, The Project is on the BER performance of the system using the Least mean square Adaptive, and its forms were studied under AWGN and various fading channel conditions. Simulation and testing were implemented in MATLAB. The PHY layer of the Zigbee transceiver employing orthogonal quadrature phase shift keying (OQPSK) modulation scheme with half-sine pulse shaping and direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) technique is designed, and its performance is studied under AWGN fading channel. MATLAB is utilized to develop the system-level design. Its performance is analyzed with the transceiver's bit error rate (BER) by increasing the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). I worked on several modulation schemes like QPSK, ASK, OFDM and their power spectral density vs the frequency was observed.
  • VLSI CIRCUIT DESIGN (FULL ADDER BLOCK), For this Project, I have used the TSMC 0.4μm model (NCSU_TechLib_TSMC04_4M_2P), which uses 3.3V for operation with a minimum channel length of 400nm. In this cadence project task, I designed 16 transistors (2XOR and 2XNOR transistors) a PTL based to experiment to achieve a better performing Full Adder with less propagation delay, and its DRC and LVS were performed. Also, I have designed and implemented simulations on CMOS and PSEUDO-NMOS Circuits with optimized propagation delay and performed the dc transient analyses.
  • ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DESIGN, PROJECT TOPIC: SIMULATION OF ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUIT USING FREEPDK 15 Designed and performed the simulation in HSPICE for analog integrated circuit of a two stage CMOS OP-Amp. DC, AC, and Transient analyses were performed, analyzed, and studied by optimizing and tuning the W/L ratio values of the pfet and nfet transistors of the pdk15 design kit accordingly for optimized results.
