Led an internal compliance review team for two organizational units, validating a 29-point operations checklist and identifying key deficiencies with actionable improvement recommendations. Streamlined seven administrative processes for credentialing and training authorizations, which increased training opportunities by 9% for a workforce of 140 personnel.
Developed and executed a comprehensive deployment readiness plan in partnership with operations staff, ensuring seamless coverage during three large-scale training exercises and an overseas deployment. Coordinated resources and personnel to support 17/17 mission requirements with a 100% success rate, while fostering team performance that resulted in two employees being formally recognized as top performers.
Created a comprehensive “Readiness Roadmap” tracking system to manage 4,000+ flight and ground training requirements, ensuring 197 personnel maintained full certification and readiness throughout a higher-level tasking.
