I assist physicians during procedures (assist with the removal of polyps and taking biopsies), prep and sterilize equipment and procedure rooms, monitor patient vitals and post- op care, communicated with nursing staff to effectively and efficiently care for patients. My daily tasks also include follow up phone calls with patients, scanning patient paperwork and medical records into an electronic health record system and audit paperwork.

My role as a desk attendant included welcoming park visitors, handling and processing visitors cash and credit card payments, managing and supervising park rentals, managing park reservations, answering phone calls/ emails and general facility cleaning and care.

I handled the basic operations of jon boats, kayaks and canoes. I showed customers the basic workings of the boats and ensured they had proper safety equipment. I also took customer payments, answered phone calls, regarding questions from customers and did basic paperwork for our daily cash collections and boating permits. Other duties included communicating with customers in the event of storms, mechanical issues and emergencies. Communication with customers also included ensuring they were comfortable and followed our safety procedures.

I was responsible for the after and before school care of 30+ children with different backgrounds and ages. My

tasks included looking after their safety and well being as well as helping them with homework, monitoring field trips during the summer and speaking with parents and other coworkers when issues arose with the children. I also made sure to provided them with a clean, safe and engaging environment at the start and end of my shift.
