• Chief job functions include: Creative workshopping of a photoshoot theme with the department head
• Afterward, create and instill a real-life plan to execute it
• Next, source a photographer from the Rolodex and manage the shoot outcomes by communicating with the photographer, photo editors, and web developers
• Onboarding vendors, photographers, and crew for payment, via the direct deposit system

• Photo Manager, responsible for organizing and overseeing photography collections on behalf of streaming services' Film/TV titles, as a third-party operator
• Chief job functions include: meeting with streaming service department heads to discuss the production cycle and photo needs
• Communicating with photographers hired by streaming services and creating a smooth delivery system
• Meeting with Color Correctors and preparing content for edit
• Re-uploading edited images and delivering them to streaming service, as well as sending out photo approvals, if desired
• Onboarding photographers, Retouchers and email correspondence to DF Studio system

• Once assets are digitized and available in the DAM, facilitate quality control check, enter metadata, catalog digital assets, and unpack physical assets.
