My name is Ines Latorre Barreiro, an interior design undergraduate student in my third year at Fort Hays State University, where I am also a member of the university's tennis team. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, my international background shapes my perspective and approach to design. I am highly adaptable and passionate about researching and exploring a wide range of design styles, allowing each project to respond thoughtfully to its context and purpose. With a strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset, I strive to create spaces that are both functional and visually engaging.
Hansen Hall Epic Challenge - Fort Hays State University
Participant | 2024–2025
Selected for the Hansen Hall Entrepreneurship Program focused on innovation, business development, and leadership. Competed in a university-wide entrepreneurial challenge, collaborating in teams to develop full business models under tight deadlines.
I am currently working on obtaining my construction certificate while also pursuing my interior design degree at the same time. I’m doing this because the two areas work well together and give me both the creative and technical skills needed in the industry.
