I assisted the founder and director of Lifeline Ukraine establishing a suicide prevention hotline with British CSSF as the primary donor. I designed and led the activities essential to get the hotline up running and managed the administrative work required during the upstart face. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, establishing the office and ensuring that the facilities and equipment for the hotline were ready before the launch. I also managed procurement, the recruitment process for the call centre personnel and coordinated the training activities of personnel. Additionally, I assisted the director in engaging key stakeholders and potential donors. Lastly, I developed the weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports for the donor and led the budget-revision.
On This Short-term Assignment, I Worked With the Senior Management to Create a Database, to Be Uploaded to the CRM System. I Configured the CRM Database and Prepared It for the End Users.
I worked closely with the CFO to identify new possible partners and customers. I managed the website of the company and the CRM system. I developed presentations for the company and delivered weekly data analyses. I prepared email campaigns as well as teasers and other information and marketing materials.
I carried out qualitative and quantitative monitoring of a number of Ukrainian media outlets (TV channels, online media and social networks), developed short papers/notes on various topics and cooperated closely with the rest of the media monitoring team to prepare the daily news digest and weekly reports. I assisted the Media Analyst with the organisation of meetings with various counterparts and accompanied the Media Analyst to meetings with a number of journalists and media representatives as an assistant and interpreter.
Initially joining the company as a PR manager, I largely managed the publishing house as the director was establishing a new company. I identified young, promising authors, prepared marketing events for the published books and managed the website, ensuring a flow of relevant articles and frequent updates. This included the use of social media and promotional campaigns. I negotiated the contract with the authors, managed customer support and oversaw the financial transactions of the publishing house.
I planned and carried out PR-campaigns together with the rest of the PR team and assisted in planning and budgeting, analysis of the effectiveness of PR activities. I helped develop their engagement with social media and expanded the set of analytical tools for social media. I prepared and conducted interviews.
