I have over 3 years experience as a diesel technician, doing jobs, including: overhauling an Eaton transmission, fuel injectors, valve adjustments on engine heads, front covers, and air conditioning repairs. Clutches, brakes, wheel seals, preventive maintenance, and various minor repairs are not a problem for me. I uphold an above perfect job efficiency report within the standard repair times expected by my current company. My job often requires to perform time sensitive repairs for drivers and customers to get them back on the road. Predominantly work on Internationals, but also have experience with Mitsubishis, Freightliners and Volvos as well as work on refrigerated units including Carriers and Thermo Kings replacing belts, starters, stand-by motors and preventive maintenance. I have plenty of my own tools and equipment ready to go to work. I have fueled and washed trucks, ran service calls, picked up and delivered parts, and even ran the shop on occasion when necessary. I am very eager to grow and learn as an employee/technician. I have a good attitude about my work and try my hardest to let it speak for itself. Showing up on time and consistent attendance are very high priorities on my list and will not be a complaint with me. I am very interested in any educational advances and experience opportunities that are available. I will gladly work extra hours as necessary or that are available but am also in a position where I have no issues with forty hours a week. I am a team player and will do what is needed to help fellow employees and the company. Customer service is important and I take pride in providing a professional experience to the customer.

I served primarily as a general laborer and assistant doing demolition and construction for residential renovations part time which included tasks such as: removing tile, cabinets, insulation, and deconstructing walls. Also involved installing dry wall, bath tubs, electrical fixtures, doors, and cleaning up the job site. Only left job to pursue a career as a diesel technician and a full time job with benefits.
