  • Subject matter expert on end-to-end Procure to Pay Ivalua application, including, Supplier, Sourcing, Catalogs/Punchout, Requisitions, PO, Budgets, Invoices, and Admin modules
  • Member of the implementation team of the P2P application; led all the configuration testing, UAT, and worked closely with the implementation consultants and internal team to design, test, and make configuration decisions
  • Lead the business change management strategy by creating training material, interactive videos, numerous end-user meetings, one-on-one training, to stakeholders in various level of the organization
  • Responsible for the P2P system enhancements, questions, bugs, and upgrades
