• Performed manufacturing checks during compression process, such as weight, hardness, thickness, and physical appearance checks.

• Train team members on quality procedures and tools.
• Investigate product defects or process issues.
• Performed manufacturing checks during encapsulation process, including but not limited to weight checks and physical appearance checks.
• Performed manufacturing checks during coating process.
• Pulled test samples for Quality Control Laboratory.
• Performed process checks during bulk inspection.

Packaging:

• Performed verification of packaging components at the line set up as well as throughout the packaging run.
• Performed half-and-hour and one-hour checks on products during the packaging process, including but not limited to label checks, cotton checks, barcode checks, product count, product name, proper seal, etc.
• Pulled packaging retain samples.
• Batch reconciliation which included but not limited to analyze and verify ingredients at the end of a production process.

• Performed half-an-hour and one-hour checks during the packaging process.

• Performed checks during blister packaging.

• Pulled retain samples.

• Monitored performance for adherence to procedures, safety rules and quality standards.

• Documented inspection results by completing reports and logs

and summarizing and entering data into quality database.

• Examined products and materials for defects or deviations to remove or discard non-conforming items.
