• Breast Cancer Program Founder: Founded the program a year prior to joining TCO in 2010.

Groundwork research, continuing education, and Physician referral to start program.

I have grown the program from 1 MD referral to over 12 outside referrals working with Breast Cancer related scar tissue and fibrosis. Paper submission on Scar tissue Management for the Breast Cancer Patient.

• Lymphedema : Certified in 2019 at UW Milwaukee.

Presentations, webinar, and podcast appearances.

Presentations on prehab to TCO MDs last fall has increased our company wide referrals over 50%.

On the TCO lymphedema committee since 2019.

• Hand therapist : Extensive splinting experience/skills.

Built MD relationships over the years and have maintained them.

Years of CE coursework related to U/E trauma and injuries.

18 years of clinic inventory and ordering of all supplies for OT/PT clinics.

• Bliss Squad : Group of TCO employees that plan local fundraising and community events/support, and plan events for TCO staff members.

Initiated the program in 2017.

President from 2017-2021.

• Worked FT under 2 OTR mentors treating a variety of hand and U/E injuries. Eventually doing the majority of evaluation process.
• Took many CE courses.
• Built my MD relationships that still remain.
• Started Breast cancer related /scar/wound care coursework.
• Completed clinic inventory and ordering of all supplies.

• Monitored cash intake and deposit records, increasing accuracy and reducing discrepancies.
• Helped with planning schedules and delegating assignments to meet coverage and service demands.
• Offered hands-on assistance to customers, assessing needs and maintaining current knowledge of consumer preferences.
• Completed regular inventory counts to verify stock levels, address discrepancies and forecast future needs.
