• Led the design and rollout of the FITS Operations Platform, a financial research tool for banks focused on risk analysis, industry benchmarking, and regulatory insights.
• Oversaw product design, client feedback integration, and market positioning; established the platform as a value-added tool for industry benchmarking, trend analysis, and deep financial insights beyond basic data aggregation.
• Created the investor-facing “QE” rating system, combining quantitative models and expert judgment to classify issuers into 19 tiers for clearer bond investment decisions, improving rating granularity and supporting investor decision-making in the bond market.

• Led consulting service engagements for top Chinese banks including Sichuan Bank, Qingdao Bank, and Agricultural Bank of China; built tailored industry models, advised on whitelist/blacklist entry strategies, and provided services such as current holdings risk monitoring, public negative news monitoring, and risk alerts. • Delivered over 20 corporate credit risk reports for clients such as Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, China Post Wealth Management, and China Zheshang Bank; leveraged extensive credit rating expertise to produce thorough analyses and identify key risk exposures, enhancing the firm’s visibility in the credit consulting market.
• Pioneered a new business line offering in-depth client research services; led a team in conducting interviews and compiling professional interview guides and transcripts for clients including Harbin Bank, China Merchants Fund, and Huatai-PineBridge Fund. Supported investor engagement strategies and strengthened the Company’s presence, contributing to new revenue generation.

Joined the company in 2015. Led the development and revision of credit rating methodologies for the non-ferrous metals, construction, and building materials industries. Selected in 2023 for the Company’s Young Talent Reserve Program and appointed as Operations Director at two subsidiaries — Chengxin Credit Analysis and Chengxin Heyi Technology — to drive strategic expansion initiatives.
