• Testing Web and Mobile applications designed for Company clients
• Participate in analyzing the user/business requirements, functional specifications and use case documents
• Follow the system development life-cycle (SDLC) process
• Create the detailed test cases and executing them
• Assist in project planning, coordination and implementation of QA methodology
• Participate in Smoke, Integration, Functional, Regression, Exploratory and Production testing.
• Interact with developers and business users to communicate the defects, replicated the bugs and performed regression testing using JIRA
• Perform cross-browser functionality testing
• Execute testing on Android using Android Debugging Bridge, perform interruption, GUI and usability testing of the mobile application in accordance with the Guidelines
• Verifying the integration of various components in the application and executed end-to-end testing
• Participate in Enhancements, Release Review, Requirement Analysis and Design review meetings
• Perform regression testing on fixed issues and for regular releases
• Write detailed bug reports using Jira bug tracking system and follow up until the issues are resolved

• Managed all aspects of the business from business inception to inventory management to customer service to bookkeeping and preparing financials

• Coordination of customer requests, cell phone and mobile app troubleshooting, and sales at the local office of one of Ukraine’s largest cell phone service providers
