I am a highly skilled professional with over a decade of progressive experience in collaborating environment. My work focuses on amplifying women's voices in the fight against various forms of societal injustice. With my commitment to continuous learning, I excel at identifying community strengths and weaknesses through field data collection, enabling targeted interventions for women's economic empowerment. I am known for my exceptional teamwork abilities and proficiency in information and communication technology. I utilize these skills to contribute effectively to collaborative initiatives and leverage technology for data analysis and reporting. What sets me apart is my deep passion for supporting women to achieve equitable representation in all strata of women endeavors. Through my extensive experience and expertise, I am dedicated to improving the lives of women and creating a more equitable society.

I am a recognized contributor within Nigeria's civic space. I am an active member of Nigerian Civil Society Situation Room, where i play critical role in election observation, democratic accountability, and polity advocacy.

I have successfully designed, managed, and implemented numerous donor-funded projects aimed at empowering women and girls. My work has been supported by leading international development partners including European Union, Ford Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Open Society for Africa, FCDO, USAID, Oxfam, African Women Development Fund (AWDF), The Canadian Embassy, and the Korean Embassy. These projects have focused on enhancing women's leadership, political inclusion, civic engagement, and capacity building at both grassroots and national levels.

I have provided technical support in the development of several high-impact publications on elections and women's political participation, and advocacy efforts aimed at improving gender representation in governance.
