    Movember Charity:

    - During the month of November over the past few years I have completed various running / walking challenges with friends to raise money for a great cause.

    2021/22 - ran 100 Miles during month of November, raised £300 individually.

    2023 - ran 60km during month of November and completed Welsh three peaks, raised £1,800 as part of a team.
