- Obtain medical history, medication information, and symptoms. Prep charts by obtaining all necessary laboratory/radiology reports from specialists prior to patient follow up appointment to ensure smooth visit.
- Expertise in contacting provider specialists, radiology or laboratories in order to schedule patient appointments.
- Experience in obtaining Medical Prior Authorizations for outpatient radiology and medications.
- Perform medical records management, including filing, organizing and scanning documents.
- Experience with Amazing Charts, Kareo/Tebra EMR.
