Mastered operation of multiple packaging machines, identifying key indicators to maintain workflow throughout the day. Operated various packaging machines and identified quality indicators for each type of meat. I don't work on the same line every day. One day I could be on the inside loading a machine, sorting bacon, taking slabs off a rack. The next day I could be on the outside and palletizing each order. You learn in each room to try and stay ahead while you can and you work with each other to avoid problems before they occur , but that doesn't always happen.

I was a part-time cook at the lanes. On the weekend and every Wednesday after my other job I would make orders from our menu or from our special and make sure my area was clean. The first thing I would do when I came in is restock while I could and once in awhile I would help out in the bar taking the food to the customers or do dishes and restock beer in the fridge.
Prepared diverse menu items in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Operated kitchen equipment efficiently to ensure timely food preparation.
Managed inventory levels, minimizing waste through effective stock rotation.
This was a seasonal job for me. In the beginning I would help in the back organizing baskets and pay attention to detail to make sure everything looked neat for future orders to be shipped. Once our busy season came around I was shown how to scan the orders and palletize the correct way to make sure it fit in the loading docks. Each order was picked for us so we had to make sure all the items were correct and we had the right box and amount of gel packs to use.
At Charlie's I was there off and on in a few years due to moving around. I always came back because I really enjoyed my job there and working with everyone around me. As a Deli Clerk there I would help customers to anything they would like in our cases. I would answer phone calls or fill out orders for future dates. At night time for closing we would go and wrap up each item and wash and sanitize slicers for the next day. Assisted in cooking chicken orders during peak hours. We would also have to restock as we go on about our day.
