Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and Batch records.

Manages schedules, workload and establishes priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and/or internal customer needs.

Follows departmental work instructions, SOP’s, OSHA safety regulations and cGMPs to perform assigned tasks.

Maintain stock rooms and laboratories or work areas properly stocked with daily supplies

Coordinate with other departments to assure external and internal order requests are being fulfilled

Train new employees on proper laboratory techniques and procedures

Maintained a safe working environment by adhering to strict safety guidelines and promptly addressing any potential hazards or concerns.

Maintain safe, clean and organized laboratory environment

Staging Material from warehouse to filling suites

Inspection of all products for defects and conformances to quality standards

Participate in Filling, Labeling , and Packaging areas to ensure intermediates and Final Kits are in accordance with SOPs

Reconciliation of Labels and Bulk

Filling out documents for Staging , Initial Setup (Line Clearances, Fill checks, Torque Checks, Volumetric)

Review documents for Filling Department
