  • Manage comprehensive reviews for social, health and human service requests that are administered by application intake for referrals for social service resources.
  • Conduct investigations for social services by meeting one on one with clients who are assigned to me for social evaluation, these clients age from 1 day old to 18 years old.
  • Maintained casefile studies by analyzing and assessing measurements for clients who are in the process for in home placement in way of foster care and/or guardianship that are voluntarily, or court ordered.
  • Based on findings, I collect raw data and evidence that justifies the decision of placement and formally track and report each case back to the Navajo Nation Judicial Family Courts.
  • I manage quality assurance for each case I am driving, by assuring milestones are met, our process is managed and comply with State, Federal and Navajo Nation laws and regulations.
  • I manage outreach and collaborate with non-profit organizations who provide foster care children necessities such as beds, clothes, shoes and jackets.
  • As part of our process for guardianship and placement I am skilled in the CJIS Security Awareness Training to perform Federal fingerprint clearances that allow children to be properly placed in homes.
