1. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily basis

2. Recording the Income & Expenses ( Invoice, Payment, Bank transactions & Receipt Income)

3.Record and Maintain all the accounting & finance information to the Logo tiger software system (Turkey based secured MNC accounting program)

4. Maintain the Cash flow and reserve the funds available in all times during un predicted situation.

5. Reconciliation of Statement of Account with Sub-Contractors and Vendors monthly and annually for the purpose of Audit

6. Withholding tax follow up and process the payment on timely manner order to avoid Tax penalty

7. Yearly Submission of Financial Audit statement to GTA (General Tax Authority)

8. Frequently use of GTA Tax Portal (Dhareeba) and upload necessary tax information and keep update of accounting records.

9. Communicating with Client QatarEnergy from the accounts Payable Section and follow up with bank to get updated.

10. Work closely with Planning,Engineering & Procurement Team in order to plan for Payment activities

11.Provide and maintain the Petty Cash account with registered Job Advance holders such as PRO, Gatepass & Procurement Personnel's

12.Collecting Attendance report datas from HR and Prepare WPS Table and process the Employees monhtly Salary through Corporate Account
