    • Supported VA with the planning and development of 1,200 Veteran housing units on its West Los Angeles Campus under multiple long-term ground lease agreements. Support included site and asset redevelopment analyses, solicitation and developer selection support, infrastructure planning, meeting coordination and facilitation, stakeholder management, and transaction support.
