Due to my previously held working holiday visa, this role was a temporary position to cover the mandatory rural working period. I now possess a temporary residency visa which allows me unrestricted work rights.

• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Collecting room deposits, fees, and payments.
• Resolving billing disputes promptly, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Addressing any issues that may arise with hotel bookings or in-house restaurant reservations.
• Up-selling (when appropriate) by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgrading accommodations.

Due to the conditions of my previously held working holiday visa this role was a casual position that I was only allowed to work for six months. I now have Australian temporary residency which allows me unrestricted work rights.
