Iris Martinez

During my time as an explorer, I have grown tremendously—developing resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility in challenging situations. Our team volunteers throughout North County, contributing to a variety of events such as youth programs, community initiatives, and traffic control. Over the past three years in this program, I have built valuable connections with departments across North County, earning references that have strengthened my network. Additionally, I have actively participated in operations with the Alcohol Beverage Department (ABC), and through these experiences, I have developed a genuine passion for the work. I make it a priority to be available whenever they need a decoy, ensuring I can contribute to their efforts effectively.
