Accomplishments

-In addition to my nannying experience, I also took the initiative to form a support group of nannies in Boulder. We met regularly to share advice, offer support, and help each other with challenges that came up in our roles. This group not only created a sense of community among us, but it also expanded into something much bigger. Together, we organized efforts to help local families in need by collecting donations of clothes, toys, and essential items, which we distributed to families facing tough situations.

Through this, I was able to demonstrate leadership and a deep commitment to supporting both my peers and the families we served. Organizing these efforts required excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to plan and execute initiatives that truly made a difference. I’m proud of the positive impact we made, and it shows that I’m not only a strong communicator but also someone who can bring people together for a greater cause. This experience has further strengthened my organizational and leadership skills, making me confident that I can take on new challenges and responsibilities in any professional setting.



- I’m also a certified Yoga Sculpt teacher at CorePower, which has given me another platform to develop leadership, communication, and group management skills. This training has further strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and confidently, as well as my capacity to create a positive and inclusive environment.

- In 2019-2020, I volunteered with Teen Court, where I had the opportunity to participate in the judicial process and help children who had found themselves in trouble. This experience was incredibly meaningful as it allowed me to be part of a program that gives young people a second chance by holding them accountable in a constructive way. I worked closely with peers and legal professionals to understand each case and help provide guidance and support to the children involved.

-Through Teen Court, I developed a strong sense of empathy and responsibility, learning how to listen to others' perspectives while making thoughtful and fair decisions. It also taught me about the importance of community involvement and the power of mentorship, as I helped guide kids toward better choices. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of the impact I can have on others and has shaped my approach to working with people in a compassionate and solution-focused way. These skills are essential in any professional setting, where empathy, responsibility, and fairness are key to building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
