  • I’ve been in the position of WCM Coordinator from July 2016 - current, and I have gained a broader understanding of the WCM ways of working through my involvement with weekly WCM Pillar meetings, WCM Coaching meetings with my previous supervisor, as well as partnering with FI Teams to pinpoint and correct issues that prevent our equipment from meeting its appropriate efficiency level.
  • I contact team members from each pillar of WCM several times a week, which also provides growth, knowledge, and understanding of the entire process of running the Raeford factory.
  • I feel that I would be able to incorporate my knowledge and experience back into the line to assist my teammates in reaching overall success.
  • I’ve completed FI, PM Reactive Tools training sessions, and the AM steps 1-3 workshop.
  • I am part of the TPM Pillar, FI Pillar, AM Pillar, PM Pillar, and WCM Pillar.
