  • Originally I worked full time, 40 hours per week, but as I got further into my DNP education, I did drop to part time working 40 hours total in a pay period.
  • This included coordinating cares with bedside nurses, providers, providing the actual wound/ostomy care and documenting on the assessment and cares provided
  • I also provided education to the patients and their families, and even facilities in difficult situations, on how to continue care once they have discharged from the hospital

Volunteering

I have volunteered as a volleyball coach for the Bellevue Junior Sports Association (BJSA), since 2020 at the recreational level. This level of volleyball has two seasons each year. Fall 2022 I also helped BJSA form a Select Lite program for volleyball. In addition to my recreational teams,  I also coached for the select lite level, which is only one season per year at this time.
