Global Deal Administrator, Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) Loan Operations.

• Review and approve LDCM loan transactions, in-depth review of new deal builds, deal changes, pricing changes, and amendments against Credit Agreements and CRM, KYC, CP Loan Party Confirmation, and all required documents to perform final approval. Review and approve large funding's (bear traps) and all applicable fees, requesting funds via Treasury, performing change accrual status on deals, review and approve tax withholding and IRS tax payments
