  • As a second term board member I am always looking for new members that fit our territory and community in making our region a better destination for all. We gather as an executive team quarterly and make adjustments as needed to better the territory and our program for incoming and present members. As a serving member and board member of Reno-Tahoe Territory I attend and represent the territory in the Mexico sales missions annually.

  • I was hired in the middle of the pandemic for a District Sales/Service Manager in the middle of October of 2020.
  • I have a number of responsibilities in this position such as, inventory of our client material, scheduling of collateral for our 2 distribution reps in the area, new and renewal of contracts for local and out of the area clients for their magazines and/or brochures as well as our company publication. Other duties include site checks of our display racks all around Lake Tahoe/Truckee/Donner and the Carson Valley and Reno/Sparks area as well as retain, grow and expand our partnerships. I am responsible for managing my drivers and scheduling their routes, vacation requests, and other employee needs.

  • Started at the Lake Tahoe Visitor Authority as a Visitor Information Specialist and rapidly moved up to Lead Specialist/Representative and my latest title is Senior Program Specialist and managing a team of six employees.
  • My current job duties are to maintain a safe working environment as well as meeting the expectations of our guests, upper management, the company’s CEO and Senior Vice President. I am responsible for data entry and gatherings of our Senior Vice President’s national and international commission of tourism trips for the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, as well as for Reno-Tahoe Territory, which she sits as Chair. I am also the main contact for our big events that are annually held in Lake Tahoe such as the American Century Golf Celebrity Tournament and AMGEN Tour de California. I do all of the office main supply ordering, cash handling, banking needs, visitor center employee schedule and quarterly staff meetings, grants, and payroll. I recently assisted in the organization of the ground breaking ceremony for the Tahoe South Events Center.

  • Started as a tour receptionist and very quickly moved up to a lead supervisor and helped my manager oversee our department as well as the gifting department.
  • My duties were to run our daily reports, tour count for the day which consisted of 40-60 tours daily and make sure each sales agent got the appropriate tour according to their experience. I maintained customer satisfaction to 100% and met all their needs and satisfaction by working as a team with the marketing department to accommodate their expectations. I accounted for all food, cash, and gifting visa inventory as well as balancing all the spread sheets for property concierge as well as off property, tour reception and gifting.
