  • Of the CAD Process Improvement Team that evaluated, chose and ultimately picked Oakland Police Department’s CAD system
  • As, for Police, I worked closely with the Fire Department's CAD manager and the manager of the mobile component to IPSS
  • At the time of my retirement, I was CAD Manager for Police and Day Watch Crew Supervisor
  • I created and coordinated the Tactical Operations Support Team (TOST) which is a team of tactical dispatchers that respond to all tactical call outs and major incident responses
  • As coordinator and Team Leader, I planned and conducted all team training as well as assisted the Special Operations Division Commander with Operations Plans for major incident responses
  • I wrote all TOST after-action reports and was responsible for equipment purchasing and upkeep
  • I also handled administrative duties for the Special Operations Section such as pager programming and replacement for the Tactical Operations Team.
