I am a first-year Ph.D. student in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership, with experience in language education and university administration. I worked for several years at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, where I supported international programs, communicated with faculty, and helped organize academic activities. These roles taught me how to work with people from different backgrounds and manage responsibilities in a careful and organized way. I completed my studies in Uzbekistan and later continued my education in the United Kingdom and now in the United States. I also work part-time in the Wilson County School system while doing my Ph.D. My current interests are in curriculum development and educational leadership, especially how data and new technologies can improve decisions in higher education. I hope to continue learning from different educational systems and to grow as a researcher and future leader.
