The customer availability process is one of the most important process that ensures the store performs at its best by making product available for customers to shop.
This process required me to lead a team of 10 to 15 associates every day and we started the process by unloading general merchandise truck loads.
Also, my team and I unloaded consumables and frozen/dairy trucks throughout the day. Then, I assigned associates to begin stocking consumables to ensure product availability for the customers.
We ended the the day by pulling the rest of the general merchandise to the floor for the overnight stock team to work.
All of this while I maintain the backroom and make sure it is clean and safe before I leave and that all of the overstock is put away where it belongs in the back.
