With my time at Case Club I have gone up in the ranks with the company in the span of the three years I have been with them. I started off as a production worker for a year learning how to use three different machines and pick up most of the production flow to later be promoted to a Production Leadman. In my time as a Production Leadman I had 4 workers assigned to me throughout time to look over them provide them with work and communicate with them to help fix the mistakes being made and eventually teaching them how to work and program the stations they worked. After half a year of being a Production Leadman I was promoted once more where I would focus on Engineering aspects while also being a Production Leadman once all my tasks were done. With my learning skills I was able to pick up what I would do as an Engineer in no time where in two months i was taught about making designs and how to change designs when ever a customer requested changes, and would provide customers with digital proof to see if the design they asked for is the correct one or if anything needs to be changed. Recently since I became one of the only workers who knows everything in the production process they bumped me up with being in charge of seven workers sometimes eight depending if one fulltime worker needs work. I've been able to grow and expand my knowledge with this company and pick everything up with my learning skills and gaining the trust of the bosses with my leader skills to allow me be in the position that I am in right now.
