  • Mechanically and electrically assemble, and test propulsion systems/thrusters
  • Perform continuity tests, used thermal tweezers for prepping wires, spot tying, bonding, wire routing, used torque wrenches, microscopes, wire crimpers, thermocouples, D-sub connectors, etc.
  • Conducted Electrical Function Tests using breakout boxes (BOB) and various electrical tools (ammeter, multimeter, heater guns, etc.) to determine problems and apply solutions.
  • Vibration, External and internal testing for propulsion thrusters for finding leaks and verifying correct flows. (Pneumatic, Vacuums, helium etc.)
  • Work in a 10K cleanroom to assemble satellite instruments (installing pipes, wiring, heaters, pipe heaters, aluminum tape, soldering, thermistors, thermometers, splicing etc.)
