• Operated forklifts, roll clamp attachments, roll off container trucks, and other industrial equipment to safely transport, stage, load, and unload materials and finished products in a high volume manufacturing facility.
• Worked up to a Top Operator and advanced into a Relief Supervisor, assisting with production operations, production run closures, daily shift reports, employee coordination, and daily workflow while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Conducted product sampling and quality checks throughout production runs to ensure specifications and quality standards were met.
• Became a Certified Forklift Trainer through IVES Training Co., teaching a comprehensive 3 day forklift safety certification course covering equipment inspections, safe operation, OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and hands-on training while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
