  • From February to June of this school year, I was a part of the Learn and Earn program. The first portion involved being a part of a CUNY course that allowed us to gain not only college credit, but also more insight into our post-secondary vision. The second portion was an internship program in which I was allowed to have the fitness program run by Lou Schlanger as my internship.

  • I was placed at Bronx works during the school year and was apart of the community health team as an intern from December to March. We were tasked with identifying issues within the community Bronx works was based in. We also had many cooking and technology classes with the local older adults.
